Loading Dock: The Loading Dock is located on West Exchange Street about 1/8 mile west of the North Garage Entrance.

Large trucks should use the following directions for easiest dock access:

Truck Directions from the North:

-Take Exit 37A (Atwells Avenue) from Interstate 95 South.

-Take right off exit. Turn right onto Dean Street.

-Turn right at the light onto West Exchange Street. The loading dock ramp will be on your right.

Truck Directions from the South:

-Take Exit 37A (Broadway) from Interstate 95 North.

-Take a left at the second light (Atwells Avenue).

-Turn right onto Dean Street. Turn right at the light onto West Exchange Street. The loading dock
ramp will be on your right

Look for Convention Loading Signs.

Loading Dock is first come first served but should move quickly.

Vendors and Artists that choose not to use the
loading dock may also unload from the parking garage.

Parking: Use Convention Center Parking Garage for Convention Center Access as well as Omni Hotel. Park on or as close to Level 4 East for easiest access to the Convention Center and Hotel.

What we will provide to each 10x10 Booth:
-1 Electrical Outlet
-2 Artist Passes (unless you purchased additional passes)
-1 6ft Skirted Table (If you need an additional small table for the back they will be available to rent)
-1 Trash
-1 Sharps Container
-1 Hand Sanitizer
-1 Gallon Distilled Water
-Banner Hooks
-(You do not need a floor covering)

What we suggest you bring in addition to what you would normally bring to tattoo/pierce or vend:
Extension Cord and Power-Strip
Lamp or Head Lamp
(There will be a Copy and Stencil station for everyone to use but feel free to bring your own)

Once inside the Convention Center there will be a table for all Vendors and Artists to check in and receive welcome packages and booth information.
